need a doctor !! lol

so my right side of my throat has been killing me when i swallow along with my right ear. i have a stuffy nose and have been getting really hot and really cold w/ shivers. i know i need to go to the doctor, but they’re closed and monday is a holiday where my office is closed and the medical bills for urgent care / ER are wayyy too high . if anyone knows what this sounds like please let me know so i can find some home / natural remedies until tuesday! TIA
