HELP PLEASE

So back story, I missed 3 of my birth control pills in My last pill pack. when it came time for the 7 day sugar pill I never had a period. I just figured I had messed my hormones up and skipped the period. no big deal. I have pcos as well. fast forward to today, I'm 14 days late for my period and i never started my birth control back. I am now (started 2 days ago) have clearish/egg white discharge, every time I wipe not just once or twice but almost everytime. Could I be ovulating already since I didnt start my birth control back?? or something else?
