Help?!

Hey ladies, I was looking for some advice. I miscarried back in April and just found out I’m pregnant again now. I couldn’t be happier and am so blessed but I am very very nervous for the first ultrasound. With my last pregnancy, also my first pregnancy, the first ultrasound was as far as we made it. Baby was measuring weeks behind and no hb, so I had a D&C. Has anyone else been through this? I just don’t know anything other than that first ultrasound I had so it’s difficult for me to imagine it going any other way if that makes sense. Thanks in advance 💞💞
