Magnesium citrate
Midwife told me to use it for constipation. I forgot to ask if she meant pill form or liquid form. Does it matter? I REALLY need to go and I can’t and it’s driving me crazy. Been drinking water like crazy and trying prune juice AND trying miralax and nothing has helped.
