Vbac after CPD

Anyone had a successful vbac after CPD? I had a c section after reaching complete dilatation but the baby wouldn’t descend. It turned out she was quite big, 9 pounds but of course I will never know if I could have waited more time, etc. my doctor was very pro normal we waited until 41 weeks and 2 days when I naturally went into labor, no inductions.

I heard it is harder for people to have successful vbac after CPD. Anyone here went through the same? I’m trying to gain less weight this pregnancy to help the baby stay at least a little smaller.

I didn’t have GD, but gained 37 pounds, I was very skinny for my hight so I thought I had to gain a lot (now I know it’s not recommended). The babies will be 26 months apart.
