Panic attack after Pap smears
Hey loves, so quick question. I get panic attacks after a Pap smear EVERYTIME. No fail, right afterwards I’ll break out into a sweat, feel like I’m gonna throw up and pass out. I’ve dealt with anxiety my whole life, so I know how to manage it at this point. But I just can’t shake this from happening. Does anyone else have this reaction? I have heard it could be a hormonal reaction from the cervix being handled.. ?🤷🏼♀️
