Spotting one day after ovulation (calendar according to Glo)

So we had sex one day before my ovulation window and the condom broke while we were at it. i freaked out and immediately washed after sex and popped a plan b within 24 hrs. Yesterday was my ovulation day as per Glo calendar and i see spotting today. its very light and i just noticed it on my underwear and first time im seeing it in the day. i have light cramp but my boobs or nipples aren't sore. is this normal? or is this implantation bleeding? please help me im freaking out!!!

(edit: i have also been under extreme stress since two weeks)
