Confused

I came off my pill for my bleed but it’s not as it normally is, It’s very light and only there when I wipe, last night it was a little heavier but it’s abnormal for me, My cramping is on and off I have no signs of pregnancy like tenderness in my breasts, I took a test 2 days ago and it was negative so Is it just a weird bleed this time or shall I test again in a few days a side note too I took plan B last month so apparently it messed with your bleeds a bit??
