Can I get pregnant if he doesn’t cum?

I’ve been booking up with this guy for a while now and the past few times I’ve hooked up with him he’s under the influence so he can’t cum. A couple weeks ago I was feeling really bad and I told my mom all my symptoms and she asked if I was pregnant and since then I’ve been nervous. I took a test and it said negative. I normally start my period 1-2 before eves prediction date, so since I have t started my period I’m getting more anxious. He doesn’t wear a condom but I have the iud. I know you can still get pregnant with them but it’s less common.
