Cyst on labia?????!!!!!

I recently noticed a cyst on my labia, its the second one in about 2 years. I don’t know how to get rid of it

3 to 4 warm water soaks with Epsom salt daily, followed by lying down with a cotton ball soaked in witch hazel on the cyst for 30 minutes after each soak. Cyst drained on its own and was completely gone in 2 days.
