So I’ve had this since FOREVER even before I began shaving so I do NOT know if it’s overgrown hairs. It makes me so insecure to show my legs and arms. I took some close ups in bright lighting. My legs and arms are so ugly .. It’s severe strawberry skin. Or whatever they call it. The bumps are because I scratch. It’s all flat except those red bumps you see. Does anyone else have this?? Or know what it’s called?? Or can I get some advice on how to get rid of it it makes me so insecure and I’d rather burn up in the summer than wear shorts

I want to have smooth clear arms and legs .. or at least not like that! It’s horrible and you probably agree .. help me
