Did you have implantation bleeding?

I had a vfl two days before my expected period, then started spotting 4 days later (enough to wear a panty liner). I had mild cramping but nothing like my period. It was strange because I had a mc in march (at about 6 weeks along) so I know what that feels like too. Today was the third day of this spotting, or light period, and has stopped. I called my Dr. and she said it's normal to have bleeding early on like this and to just wait to see and test again this next week. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this... just looking for some feedback to ease my mind.
