really hoping someone can help :(

so i have been bleeding almost a year. i gave birth 11 months ago and got on 3 different birth controls by the time i was 4 months pp, the shot, 3rd month i was on the shot my midwife put me on the pill to ease the bleeding, then after a month w that not working i got on the iud and after a couple months got that out cause the bleeding wasn't stopping. fast forward to now i'm still bleeding so i requested blood work and ultrasounds and it came back that i have a ruptured cyst so that's why i'm bleeding. i don't get why i've been bleeding so long, does it take that long for a ruptured cyst to bleed out? i asked if it was recurrent cysts that keep rupturing and she said it could be. that answer just doesn't seem good enough 😞 she put me on the pill to get rid of the cyst, but i feel like something more serious needs to be done since it's been happening. the birth control hasn't helped much i'm still bleeding and even having pelvic pain now, so should i stop taking it? if anyone has had ruptured cysts and can lead me in the right direction of what i should do please help.. i'll be seeing a new dr as soon as i can get in.
