7 dpo.. symptoms?

Hi there. Yesterday I had what looked to be implantation bleeding I think? I never spot before my period but then again who knows. Bodies change. So last night I woke up with intense chest and back pain. I felt like i had to put effort into breathing and was just so uncomfortable. I'm sitting downstairs in tears because it hurt so bad when I start throwing up. I was a mess. This morning those issues subsided but my boobs hurt. Anyone have these symptoms before their bfp?
