Vaginal tear

I have this very sensitive spot between my vagina entry and anus.

(You know the little space between the two?)

It feels like I tore the part from the vaginal opening a bit.

I'm still a virgin, but I'm sexually active.

I've tried salt water, canalba cream, bypantin ect. The cream makes it better and I can't feel it at all unless I touch it or rub it. It's been like this for months and nothing is helping. I can't find a spot open at a woman gynecologist and don't really have the funds.
