Started to add whole milk to his bottles and this is what his poop has looked like since I've increased the amount of whole milk. It doesnt seem to hurt him. Has anyone gone through/seen this with their LO? What did you do or did resolve on its own?

Both of my daughters poop starts looking like this when they are starting to get constipated.   Just increase water intake or offer a little bit of juice and it should return to normal for the short term and Once your baby adjusts to the milk it will be normal in the long term.

My 1 year old has poops like this. He eats majority solids and maybe around 24 ounces of whole milk daily. 
If your baby isn’t straining to poop, probably not constipated. If she’s eating solids, make sure to give her water with and after meals.

This happened to my baby too, but bordered on constipation. I decreased the amount of whole milk I give him for a few days and upped his “p” fruit intake (peaches, pears, prunes, etc.). Once his poop was back to normal I gradually increased the amount of milk I give him. He doesn’t drink more than an ounce or so at a time anyway, but his poop is no longer logs. He mostly drinks water.
