Anyone ever use this yoga ball??

I’m 31 weeks, when’s a good time to start using it? (: I’ve never tried but I want to this time lol

I’ve been using one since a bit before 30 weeks. My prenatal chiropractor recommends it to strengthen and stretch the muscles supporting my hips. I do different rotations while I watch TV at night ☺️

I used one like crazy toward the end with my first trying to get her to engage but she was a stubborn little thing and never did. I think I started bouncing around on it around 35 weeks when I was completely over being pregnant. Might do the same thing this time just to see if she’ll flip and engage.

I use my yoga ball everyday. Helps so much with hip and back pain.

I’m 31+5 and I use it every couple of days for about 20 minutes just bouncing and stretching. It’s helped a ton with my hip pain.

I didn’t see a difference from my first using it to my second which my second labor and delivery was easier

I used one for a week or two before my due date. Went into labor naturally at 39+6. She was born on her due date. I also walked a ton the couple weeks before.
