Which day do I go off of to know when my ovulation date?!

I’m confused as to which day to go off of to know when I ovulated. The day of my 1st positive opk (day after that test) or the darkest opk I got and assume a day after that?

Answer

The first day of a positive OPK is the day before ovulation (the test line does need be as dark or darker than control line). Technically you can ovulate anytime between 12 to 48 hours after the LH surge, but on average, you can assume it’s the day/day and a half after.
