Gagging?

Any extremely nauseous but doesn’t throw up? I seriously just gag like I’m going to but never throw up. Anything help?

Yes!!! I’ve only thrown up once and it was because I gagged myself so much brushing my teeth, but I’ve been gagging like every day. Even just talking sometimes will make me gag it’s like there’s always something in the back of my throat.

If you brush your tongue, you may actually puke and sometimes it feels better coz after you puke, the nausea will subside.

I’ve been extremely nauseous all day everyday and have only thrown up once but have gagged a few times. I am going crazy. It’s my first baby and I just want some relief. 10 weeks today and nothing has helped.
