Psoriasis ?

I’ve never had this before and for months now this has come from a small patch to this! I don’t know why it’s come on now. Anyone have psoriasis and have it come out later in life? It’s itchy yet can be painful at times and gets worse if I use certain soaps. This is after doing dishes. I’m using hydrocortisone cream,waxiline(a Vaseline alternative made from bees wax) , a steroid and just coconut oil. The steroid I don’t like but my doctor says it helps it clear up. I’m annoyed by it and I’m wondering what everyone is doing for this sort of thing. I do have dermatitis as well but that’s been pretty under control as I don’t shave often unless I have to.
