Clear blue digital “weeks” test reads same result as last week. Should I be concerned ?

Hey guys;

So I found out I was pregnant 8 days ago (🎉🎉) and I did a clear blue, “weeks” test ASAP to see how far along we were and it read 2-3 weeks and based on my cycle it was correct we were only 4 weeks exactly! So I did another test today (8 days later) to make sure my hormones were increasing (had a miscarriage in June so totally concerned the same thing will happen) and it reads the same result, 2-3 weeks. I am 5 weeks and 1 day so I realise that this test still covers 5 weeks but surely it should read 3+ weeks now as I’m actually past 5 weeks? I haven’t been to the doctor yet as I didn’t want to go in just to be told to wait until I was 7-8 weeks before they could do a scan anyway. Am I just being paranoid or is that not a great sign? I think I’m so worried because I have literally zero symptoms and don’t feel pregnant so just want that piece of mind already haha
