Exiling myself from family

Ruth

So, there’s no comical, “I want to die from embarrassment” category on here...and I guess adult relationships is technically right... but sit back and be ready to laugh at me for a little bit (although, I’ll take some advice if you have it).

A little background story: I recently moved from California to Western Pennsylvania, my family is fairly close and we like doing get-togethers (with food) to celebrate stuff.

Yesterday, my parents had a few of my siblings over for a birthday party celebration of an older brother and two nieces. I had been texting with my brother about stuff, I had wanted to send his daughters a little gift for their birthdays so I was letting him know that they should expect a package by the end of next week at the latest.

My boyfriend and I were feeling a little frisky, and he texted me a funny/sexy gif...

Y’all. When i opened my messages app on my phone, I forgot to check who I was texting (last texted my brother, so I replied). I sent sexy GIFs to my big brother when I meant to send them to my boyfriend 💀💀💀

I didn’t say anything back, I turned my phone off, I haven’t texted my big brother since. I told my boyfriend about it, and he just laughed at me... I’m just going to exile myself and bury my head in the sand for a while

I’ll attach a picture of the gifs I sent...
