Possible pregnancy ???

So I have been on the pill (birth control) for a couple of months but I recently stopped taking it because I needed a refill but I haven’t had a chance to go to the doctor. So me and my partner had sex on the day where I drank the last pill of the pack and after that day I didn’t take my pills anymore. Mind you, we had unprotected sex and he came inside of me that day. I did some research and they say that sperm can live up in your body for 5 days and I’m freaking out bc before I had sex that day I wasn’t consistently taking my pills at the same time every day. I would take them late. Can I possibly be pregnant?
