How far along am I?

I got two very faint BFP’s today and I have no idea how far along I would be because I am four months postpartum from my first pregnancy and my periods have been on and off ever since I delivered. I believe I ovulated between the 22nd and 23rd of August so I would be about 11 days DPO

I’m guessing due to the faint line your hcg levels are low so maybe 2-4 weeks but nobody would really know
