kinda a rant over my ex best friend

okay so we’ll call her “ashley”. “ashley” and i went to a bday party/sleepover for one of our friends. it was at a roller skating rink and then back to her house.

we were at the roller skating rink and i see this REALLY cute guy. i said i wasn’t going to do anything about and that i was just gonna smite from afar. “ashley” begged me if she could get his number for me, i repeatedly said no but then she finally convinced me bc i wanted to know maybe if something would happen and what his age is/was.

now this is where things go “downhill.” ashley the says “wait but what if he likes me better,” WTF. i have no idea why tf she said that. it made me so mad bc i don’t normally see cute guys in public/at all. so that fact she said this... i wanted to throw her against a wall.

THEN this absolute B, says “wait i’m too scared.” again... WTF. she hyped me all up and then she’s not even gonna do it... then HE LEAVES.

i was so freaking upset and sad bc i just wished i shot my shot instead of leaving it to this unreliable hoe. i wasn’t answering why if her texts or anything and then i finally did.

her: “are you okay?”

me: no (jokingly but also for real)

her: why

me: bc i miss the cute guy :( (ALSO JOKINGLY BUT LOWKEY SERIOUSLY)

her: this has gone too far. you have to stop

me: what

oh and this is what REALLY gets me

her: he wouldn’t have been interested in you anyways.

WTF. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRIG??! i didn’t answer her AT ALL after that for a few days. then i answered and told her off how friends aren’t supposed to do that and how i always helped and supported her and stuff and she has the actual courage to say “i’m just telling you the truth”

WTF. then after a few days of not answering her again... i told her what that meant when she said that to me and she said “i know.” SHE KNEW THAT IT HURT ME BC TO ME SHE WAS SAYING I WAS UGLY AND NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR HIM AND SHE FREAKING KNEW.

i was like “then why’d you say it” and she said “because i can and freedom of speech and bc i wanted you to be over it already”

WTF. long story short she came up with some lame ass excuse and still thinks we’re friends. i haven’t answered her AT ALL. she has one of my shirts which she stole from me so that’s why i haven’t blocked her yet.
