I want him to pay attention to me

All my boyfriend does is play on his freaking phone (I know, ironic that I’m on mine) but when we lay down to go to sleep he will play on his phone for at least 2 hours before he goes to sleep. Any free waking moment he has, he is on his phone. And I know he isn’t talking to anyone or cheating for a fact. He mostly just watches YouTube videos, Facebook, car stuff etc. and he will get off if I ask him to but I don’t want to have to ask. He knows it gets on my nerves. He is so freaking addicted and it drives me up a wall. Is it just mine? 🙄😒 He is 20 and we have been together for four years but sometimes I want to snap his neck and his hands so I’m all that he has to pay attention to lmao
