When can I go check my hcg levels

I’m 4 weeks pregnant and some of my family members are telling me that a doctor won’t see me til I’m 3 months pregnant I wanted to check my hcg levels

Hcg doesn’t need to be checked unless you’re bleeding. It’s normal for dr not to see you until 8-12 weeks. That’s when hcg is checked along with other things being checked. 
You do it now and you’ll just worry if your body produces it slower than others.
