Acne?

Is this acne? Or just a bad case of spots? How to I get rid of them they're very noticeable and I barley ever wear makeup

I use that daily if I forget I break out. Ulta and Sephora etc have it a squash with neutrogena acne wash the orange one the grapefruit one dries out my skin.

I’ve struggled with acne for 15 years now. I’m FINALLY getting somewhere with it. In the past year I’ve started: using Biore products to cleans, and I always wash my face thoroughly. The 60 second rule! Also, do not pick! If you have something that must be taken care of, make sure you wash the area well! (Maybe this is too harsh? Not sure, but I will clean just that area with a small alcohol pad or something similar) also, I have found if you dab just a small amount of Neosporin on an infected area, it helps clear it up a lot faster.  I use witches hazel as an astringent. Also, I used to have very red and dry skin that quickly became supper oily. It didn’t matter what moisturizer I used. I found some eczema cream, with no steroids or anything in it, and it seems to be helping a lot with the redness! Overall, it’s taken some time, but my skin is the clearest it’s been in years!
