How do your nipples change when you first get pregnant? I’ve noticed some small veins in mine but I’m not sure if they have always been there. I’m on bc and my boyfriend wears a condom and always pulls out before finishing but 11 days ago I was on antibiotics and we last had sex. I don’t think I could be pregnant but are small veins in your nipples a sign of early pregnancy?
