First time home owner tips!

What are necessities for the first time living away from parents? I have never not lived with my parents but will soon, I need tips/tricks!

*Edited to add* I have started 2 lists...things to ask for from family for holidays/birthdays and one for me to buy myself. I'm trying to think of things now because I know soon my mom will start asking for ideas about Christmas presents. I'm loving all the suggestions, some things I thought about, some I probably never would have. Thanks so much!
