Where to inject for 2 menopur shots!?

I forgot to ask, told the nurse I remembered how to do the shots.  WELLLL... I have an increased dosage, two shots instead of one.  Where should I do each one?  I have to do this six nights in a row

I have an increased dose (150) but was instructed do it in the same shot. I draw 1ml of the water, then inject into 1st menopur powder. Draw all of that out and inject into 2nd menopur powder and draw out. Then do the injection.

Are they at the same time? Any reason you can't do one shot with the increased dose??
