Stomach flu , birth control , or pregnant

So I’ve been feeling very hungry but have no appetites day nauseous for about 2 days. I’ve also had diarrhea.

This also happened to me on my cruise in July. Now I take birth control pills and often miss them and double up or start taking them whenever. Could this have me feeling like this?

I had unprotected sex awhile ago and had a doctor visit and no signs of pregnancy. Before I went on my cruise.

I just feel sick and bloated and hungry.

What could it be. ?

I have a 8 month old and I can’t afford to have another baby.

I had my period before I started back taking these pills.

I do have irritable bowel syndrome. And tbh I drink a lot of soda everyday. I don’t eat the way I should. I barley drink water.
