Hi yall! So here's my story and concern:

On July 3rd, I had to take misoprostal to induce a miscarriage due to a blighted ovum. Everything went to s planned and my gyno even went as far as congratulating me on a complete miscarriage!🤬 6 weeks later, I had still not started my cycle so I took another test which was a bold positive. I was told by a new gyno yo test for 2 weeks, then make an appointment. 2 weeks & 20 tests later, they were still positive so I made an appt. She said she thinks it was a new pregnancy and that I conceived immediately after my MC. She tested my betas, my hcg was at 128. But 1 week later i started what i thought was my period. But the cramps have felt like contractions, not period cramps. And the bleeding has been clotty, it smells, and it's more like slime. (See photo) Could this be a whole new miscarriage or is this what a period is like after a miscarriage?
