I put 2 of the 1,000mg Evening Primrose Oil in my vagina about an hour ago. I had a contraction 30 minutes afterwards. I was already 1cm dilated and 50% effaced that I know of last time I was check which was Friday Night.

Has anyone tried it and it worked for them? I know its not gonna induce labor, but I was wondering. Because I was in early labor/false labor on Tuesday. . & my doctor gave me the okay to try this. I really want my baby here. So I am wondering if it’s truly worked for anyone and how long it took to work for them?
