What is this painful poop cramp?

Sorry for the TMI

So I’m like 4-5 weeks pregnant and every time after eating I get this painful cramp in my whole belly that goes to my lower abdomen and makes me have to poop real bad is this normal??

I do take a 💩 right after and my stomach feels better it almost feels like a small contraction idk I think it’s weird I had it with all my pregnancies I’m just wondering if this is normal 🧐🤨🤔
