Anyone had retained pregnancy tissue?

Is retained pregnancy tissue incredibly painful? Like sharp pains, discomfort when moving and pressure? From an incomplete miscarriage, termination, spontaneous abortion, postpartum, etc. Wondering if any of you ladies have experienced the pain of retained pregnancy tissue and feel comfortable describing the feeling.

Currently experiencing it. Back at my GP today to see if it has come away if not I have to have a D&C operation to take it away.

A spontaneous abortion and a miscarriage are the same thing.  Yes, go to the dr.  So that you can be given medication to pass out the test. You don't want an infection.
