**TMI** is bleeding after sex normal in pregnancy? I’m 28 weeks and noticed after sex I started bleeding . After I looked in the toilet there was a small blood clot . I was bleeding during sex obviously because it was on my fiancé’s penis once we noticed , but what concerns me is he fingered me before sex and there was no blood on his fingers . So at some point during sex I started to bleed . But this never happens , nothing was out of the ordinary , it was just the same old sex . We’re on vacation in Hawaii and I’m kinda freaking out 😐
