Confused... nervous... help

Okay ladies. Somewhat long post alert. My LMP was 01/23/19.. me and boyfriend did the do 02/5/19 which was the same day i ovulated per my tracker. I spotted the day before my expected period (02/20/19).... also did the do 03/02/2019. Due to lack of insurance and many other things going wrong in my life i was unable to seek maternal care early. I didnt receive my first ultrasound until what i thought was 24 weeks (by lmp) however OB said 20... and then i asked her what my conception date was.... she said 02/05/19. Which had me even more confused that there was a 4 week difference so i began to think well maybe my baby is smaller than he should be. She never confirmed a due date. New physician, last appointment was last week... he said instead of 30 weeks i was only 27. He did not give me an ultrasound... he did a quick pelvic culture and went on his way. I am utterly confused and would love some feedback. I’m not going to rush my baby... and i know it’s hard to prepare for the unexpected.. but i would have liked to at least have an idea. Thanks
