What do you care about *least* for your baby shower?

So, I am throwing a friend a baby shower. disclaimer - our version of a baby shower is not so much about the gifts or having tons of people in a venue. we also do it even if its someomes second/third child. the focus is just hanging out and having fun. so perhaps it's not really a baby shower more so than it is a get together.

I have a group of friends who are pretty casual.

A few years ago, one of our friends was going to have her first baby. Being us casual people, another friend threw her a small 'baby shower' with a few friends. it was at an apartment, few decorations, light games. but we liked it and it was fine.

I also threw one for a friends 3rd baby (yea not a real baby shower) and I personally put more effort in the food and games, than in the decor. it was just a handful of us and at my apt. I slacked off on decor, bc I thought.. who cares. everyone had alot of fun.

slowly over the years, these baby showers started focusing more on decor. I had a baby shower (or sprinkle), and while it was super pretty, I left hungry lol.

I am now in charge of someone's baby shower (or sprinkle), who is fairly new to the group. shes also relaxed in general, so I thought she wouldnt mind our type of baby shower. it will still be at my place, and there will be a few more others. I find myself working on decor more than I ever did. but I dont plan to go full out. part of me wonders if I am forcing my views on decor, leaving me to neglect what my friend will really look forward to in the baby shower. she already asked what venue it would be and I felt myself cringe bc i had to break it to her it would be at my home. I also said it's not your typical fancy baby shower, and that more focus is on food and games.
