Looking For WIDE Toddler Snow Boots!

My 2 year old has Extra-Wide feet. I’m not just saying they are really wide, but the only shoes I can find to fit him have to be specially ordered online in an XW. He’s currently wearing 7.5-8XW New Balances, and those are even sized up to give a little more width 🤦🏼‍♀️.

I’m concerned about finding snow boots to fit his wide feet and wide ankles. Last year we bought a pair of Stride Rite Wide snow boots in 2 sizes up and they ended up being too narrow and he hardly wore them 😞. Luckily daycare had an old extra pair of hideous ‘moon’ boots that he wore but I can’t seem to find anything similar anywhere.

Is there anyone else out there who went through this and have any recommendations? I know it’s only September, I have 2-3 months before he needs them, but I prefer to be prepared.
