“Too big”

I’m 22+6 and constantly getting told I’m “too big”, “due to drop” and “it’s there only one”, has anyone else experienced this ? 3 years ago I was in a very bad state due not eating because I thought I was “too big” and was always in and out of hospital, it wasn’t until I became pregnant I felt in love with my body and watching my baby boy grow, I’ve went up 3 full dress sizes!!😍 but people’s comments are making me so uncomfortable that I can’t leave the house or don’t want anyone to see me☹️I just want my boy here with me just now💙
