Trigger warning ***

I was about 8 weeks based on my LMP and I was so excited to add baby number 4 to our family. Yesterday I get mild cramps and had some brown spotting, as the day went on it got worse so I went to the doctors to get check even though everyone told me it was normal I had a gut feeling that something was wrong. They did blood work and ultra sound. My BeTA was only 88. I still had faith and then the ultra sound confirmed that baby had no heart beat. Today I have what feels to be a full blown period and I just want to die. I have a follow up tomorrow to see if my body was able to expel on its own.This baby was a surprise but my husband and I were thrilled. Please send prayers our way for healing.
