CERVICAL CHECK, TO MUCH BLOOD ?

I had my first cervical exam two hours ago and she said bleeding was normal as long as it is not to much. It went really smoothly and didn't really hurt at all. I had a little bit of blood the first time I wiped and some spotting ( which I expected.) We ran to Walmart quickly and I wasn't feeling very well by the time we got home so I laid down. When I went to the restroom my panty liner was soaked through. I'm just curious if this is normal or I should be concerned?

When I was checked I was 1cm and 50% effaced, I know dilation and effacement means nothing about labor but maybe causes more bleeding ?

Help please 😂
