Si im 1 week away form my period and for some reason I had a feeling that I’m pregnant so I took a pregnancy test today at works , and I check the tests like 20 minutes later and I got this

Soooo I’m 2 days late I took another pregnancy test and is negative, I really don’t know what is going on.... for the past 2 mornings I wake up and I’m like “ oh I just started, I check my self and nothings, I have all the symptoms “ cramps , discharged, low back pain “ and still nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️
