In trouble for saying the word baby UPDATE

Today in my anatomy class I referred to a fetus as a baby. I didn't mean to, I'm totally okay with people saying fetus and embryo. I think I said it because I have a baby so it's in my vocabulary a lot. But apparently it bothered someone because I got reported to the school for being intolerant of another students personal views. I didn't even want to talk, I got called upon in class. I just want to finish my Associates degree in peace.

UPDATE: I got a phone call from someone in administration. I explained how it was class discussion and on no way was trying to start problem or make a political statement. They said that they didn't feel the need to investigate and that they thought the complaint was unnecessary. I feel better but I wish I knew who made the complaint mainly so I can avoid them.
