Do you usually report it if someone on here makes a rude/nasty comment towards you or do you just ignore it? Just curious.

No, the only thing i report is photos of Genitals or when women post pictures of there baby's genitals asking whatt's wrong w it.

It depends.  General rudeness, no.  
If they start using vulgar language or excessive rudeness then I do and I'll also report it if I see another user being harassed, not just when it's against me.  But I don't bother telling them I'm reporting them for it.  There's literally no point in telling them (people aren't going to stop being rude because you tell them to) and since using vulgar language or excessive rudeness is against community rules anyway, I'd much rather report them and let the admin's handle it.

Really depends. 
For example I've had one or two people imply certain things and I've ignored. However I've had someone (probably a troll) make comments about my infertility so I reported that.
Same with on Facebook- I had some guy (also probably a troll) attack me because I told him he was unnecessary rude and aggressive to someone who had made an unfortunate mistake. He not only called me a strong of racial slurs, but sent me a strong of private messages also shouting racial slurs. I reported his profile to Facebook and got it removed. Then his friend (or other profile) messaged my WORK Facebook to say I'm a social media terrorist 😂 
Little did that person know I manage our works Facebook page so I just deleted and blocked.
