Urologist

Danyel

Were going to a specialist, he has no live sperm we got a doctor referral but they say that insurance never covers fertility cost and were expected to pay the 350 upfront before the first visit. Im just confused I suppose cause he has good insurance and it's highly likely that cancer treatments caused this, so should this still be out of pocket since its due to cancer or should we find a route that insurance may cover? He has BCBS shpuld we go a route that insurance may cover if so what would that route be?
