Leap 5?

What signs did you little one show during leap 5. My daughter was ALWAYS a good sleeper. Since 2 months old she has slept through the night. Zero wake ups 9 pm-8 am. The past week she is so fussy at bed time. She will go down easy then 35-45 minutes later she is wide awake and crying non-stop. I tried letting her self soothe she cries for so long. Then I'll pick her up rock her and will pass out and as soon as I put her down she will wake back up screaming. Then she will wake up around 3ish sometimes a little later and scream until I give her a bottle. I'm assuming this is leap 5 but it is killing me. I just don't know what to do!
