Genital warts😬

So about a week ago, I tore a little bit from having sex with my boyfriend and now I’m noticing that the same three cuts have turned to little bumps and the skins risen a bit. No itch and no pain unless I keep rubbing at them. Now I’m worried I have genital warts, as that’s the closest thing they look as.

I’m going to the walk in first thing in the morning but I wanted to know how long it takes for them to go away with treatments? And do they keep coming back?
