I have this issue whenever I’m in a public space and I see a man with identical features like the guy who raped me I start to panic and tense up, once I was at a wedding event and saw this man walking towards me in nearly fainted because he looked exactly like him, Is that a side effect from being raped ? I also have a fear of men or upsetting them I start to shake uncontrollably I don’t know what to do about it
